Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes (Ages 11-17)

Have a blast training core strength and building lean muscle in an encouraging, supervised environment! We work on developing basic movement patterns, such as proper air squatting technique, as well as grip strength and some fun conditioning drills. Cool down with 10 minutes of boxing skills or learning practical self defense moves.


Youth Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 6-16)

Several Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are offered weekly and include all levels from beginners to advanced. Curriculum includes interactive drills to teach Jiu-Jitsu movements and techniques to ensure a strong foundation. Instructors also promote core values through easy-to-follow methods.
