Clay Burwell is the best trainer I have ever worked with. His workouts are tough but he brings energy and fun every time. We have a blast! In 2 months I lost 20 pounds and felt like I could run a triathlon. His workouts enabled me to do some of my most challenging physical roles. Highly recommended.

Clay is more than everything you could possibly want in a personal trainer. His specific knowledge of a vast range of fitness activities from boxing to weights and cardio, injury rehab and pilates is amazing. His intricate understanding of anatomy and how it relates to physical activities allows for a precise and more effective workout. But the best part is his infectious enthusiasm for everything he does. Training with Clay is guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life and it’s so much fun that you will not even notice how hard you’re working. Train with him once and you will be addicted, I certainly was!
Elizabeth is a fantastic trainer! Not only did I love the results I saw from working with her, I had so much fun and was constantly challenged by her. She keeps the workouts interesting and fun and you love the body you get as a result!
Everyone is welcome at High Performance Gym. This is a place of progress and high morale. It doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in, everyone is working to get better. I have met so many nice motivating people! HPG has changed my life for sure, my only regret is not starting earlier!
Clay and Elizabeth are are both extremely knowledgable, as well as mindful trainers. Work outs are in a small group and all exercises are scaled based on individual needs and goals. Injury prevention is ALWAYS top of mind, unlike many “box” gyms. Beyond the unprecedented physical progress I’ve made at High Performance, I’ve also gained wonderful friends that truly are like family. New faces are always welcomed with handshakes and smiles. This place is next level.
