Classes

All Levels Strength and Conditioning -
45 mins or 1 hour

Learn how to execute the fundamentals of a well rounded fitness regimen with an emphasis on achieving perfect form. Exercises
are scaled for each individual. Daily workouts will be challenging, burn fat, and build real functional strength in a friendly environment of teamwork and camaraderie.

Strength Training - 1 hour

This class is open to all students and focuses on strength
training with a cardio component. 

Flexibility & Mobility - 45 minutes

Learn to use foam rolling and active stretching to increase mobility and create better movement patterns. This class is
perfect for novice and seasoned athletes!

Adult JIUJITSU for all levels - 1 HOUR

Adult Brazilian JiuJitsu Class taught by Brown Belt,
Clay Burwell

Youth Jiujitsu for ages 6-16 - 1 hour

Strength Training, Jiujitsu and Self Defense taught by
Brown Belt, Clay Burwell

Youth JiuJitsu:

We offer youth boxing twice per week, and youth jiujitsu twice per week. Train two times per week for $125/ month, or take all four classes each week for $175/month.
