Clay has been a personal trainer since June 1999, when he completed service in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. His celebrity clientele list includes Matt Damon, Anna Paquin, Drea DeMatteo, Stevie Van Zandt, Adam Ferrara, Lenny Kravitz and many others. His numerous magazine and TV spots are no accident. He has a reputation for working his people hard and he gets results. His passion is changing people's lives through fitness and the Martial Arts.
Clay holds certifications as a Crossfit Level 1 Coach and is a certified Crossfit Olympic Lifting Trainer. He is also certified by the esteemed National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA).
His other instructor certifications include: USA Boxing Coach (level 2), WKA Muay Thai Kickboxing (level 2) and Russian Kettlebell by Kettlebell Concepts. Clay also holds the rank of Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu awarded to him by Pan-American gold medalist Josh Griffiths and is proud to have competed in the Golden Gloves twice.
Elizabeth has been passionate about fitness and biomechanics for as long as she can remember. After graduating from Birmingham-Southern College with a BA in French and dance, Elizabeth moved to New York City. She spent over a decade in NYC dancing with modern and contemporary companies such as MerryMakers, Saba Dance Theater, Jerboa Dance, and Convulse Dance, as well as modeling for dance photographer Lois Greenfield.
While dancing in NYC, Elizabeth began her career in personal training. She knew had found her calling; a job that combined the discipline, passion, and physicality of dance with the innate ability to teach valuable tools via fitness. Elizabeth loves helping people discover their own desire to demand more from themselves. Her knowledge and enthusiasm led to her services being sought out by Sandra Oh, Christina Ricci and Katie Cassidy, to name a few.
Elizabeth holds certifications and titles in the following: NASM, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Pilates, TRX, Kettlebells, Cancer Exercise Specialist, and CPR/AED. She is inspired by the teachings of Thomas Myers, Mark Asanovich, Mark Rippetoe and Grey Cook.

James began learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in his fifties and currently holds the rank of purple belt. He is a former infantry officer, serving in the Texas Army National Guard. James has been an avid cyclist for over 30 years.
Jonathan Burgess - BJJ
Jonathan is an upstate South Carolina native. He began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2013 and currently holds the rank of purple belt. He has also trained kickboxing for over 20 years.
